The Minneota Area Chamber of Commerce gets together coupons from local businesses and puts together a Minneota Coupon Book each year.   This is considered a fundraiser for the Chamber for year around events that are held; but it is also an excellent way for each of the Area Businesses to promote their own business.  The cost of the book is $10.00 each, and the savings in each book is over $100.  Each coupon used by the customer is then signed along with their phone number.  The Chamber holds a monthly drawing of the coupons used, and the lucky name drawn receives $50 in Chamber Bucks.  At the end of the year, there is Grand Prize drawing of all the coupons used throughout the year; and the lucky winner receives $250 in Minneota Bucks.  This is a great promotion for all involved.
